Nebraska Harvest
Harvest is in full swing in Nebraska. The Western half just finished putting the Edelweiss in the tanks. While in the eastern half of the state the Edelweiss has been fermenting for over a week. Brianna and St. Croix were the stars of the show this past weekend in the East. In the next few weeks Frontenac, LaCrosse, and others will continue ripening until the perfect time for harvest.
